The enthusiasm, excitement, and anticipation for the 2018 National Order of the Arrow Conference is at record levels!
NOAC has instituted a strict 3:1 youth to adult ratio. The number of delegates allowed is also set by NOAC and for 2018 Colonneh Lodge has an allocation of 57 youth & 19 adults. Note that NOAC staff members register separately & do not affect our quota. We will be able to request additional delegate slots but will not know how many (if any) will be given until January 2018 (additional delegate slots will still maintain the 3:1 ratio). So with such a small quota of adult slots our NOAC planning team will select adult delegates through an equitable selection process involving review of the adult applications. The goal of the selection process is to ensure the adult delegates selected are those that can best serve the Colonneh Lodge youth contingent with their skills & resources.
You will be informed if you have been selected by October 15, 2017. A non-refundable deposit of $200 will be due within one week of the date you are notified. Should your deposit not be paid within that time period then your delegate slot will be forfeited.
